I am planning to extend the current Map app and include feature for disease prediction based on data from facilities and the communities.
The idea is to combine these data with real-time satellite data on weather and other environmental conditions within Earth Engine to pinpoint where new cases are most likely to occur and use AI to ML to predict possible outbreak and preventive intervention.
Is there specific assistance within the DHIS2 community to get access to Google Earth Engine API if I am implementing for a subnational Primary Health Care Board managing about 400 health facilities with the potential to scale nationally.
Apart from the GEE is there any other resources I will need?
