Analytics for tracker data not running

Hello team,

I have tracker data entered into the system but nothing is showing up in the analytics app. Here’s an image from event reports app:

I tried to run analytics but I noticed two things:

1. “Skip generation of tracked entity data” is automatically checked by the system and can’t be unchecked

2. I’m getting a long Statement Callback error
I have attached a screenshot and a full PDF document of the error.

What could be the issue please?
