Infectious disease forecasts can help health systems adapt to climate change, but are rarely easily accessible for health actors. We are co-developing a DHIS2 application and associated R package to forecast climate-sensitive diseases from climate and health data in DHIS2 and interpret the results.
This project is a collaboration between the NGO Pivot and the Madagascar Ministry of Health. It is funded by a Wellcome Trust Digital Technology Award.
