Problem in Event Import

I’m trying to extract data from LMIS Sandbox DHIS 2 - LMIS into my own instance which is also version 2.40.1. I was able to export Data Sets from the Import/Export app and upload into my instance but when I try Event Import for tracker programs, there is an error.
