Many campaigns, especially if at national scale, simply carpet vaccinate all children independently from their vaccination status. Do you know of an implementation used for immunization campaigns where the routine immunization tracker is cross-checked to see whether the child is already vaccinated or if in the system at all either to avoid vaccinating the child again or to make sure they are registering the child and catching up on zero doses?
