Tracker API error?

Hi Community,

I am using custom form in tracker, every time an input value in form be changed, the API below will be call:

But if input value is null, the API still run and return “success” but the value still there.

Not sure it is an error or I do something wrong. DHIS2 version: " 2.40.4-SNAPSHOT"
